Welcome to Nomad AI, a subscription-based voice assistant powered by AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nomad AI mobile application (“App”), operated by [Your Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nomad AI. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

 

2. Your Account

Nomad AI uses Apple Sign-In to create and manage your account. We collect your Apple-authenticated credentials, including your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and account.

 

3. Use of the App

Nomad AI allows users to:

  • Speak into the app to transcribe speech to text

  • Receive AI-generated responses based on your input

  • Access a conversation history of messages and responses

You may not:

  • Use the app for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app

  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

 

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

Nomad AI is a subscription-based service, with payments handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Your subscription provides access to a monthly allocation of credits, which are refreshed each billing cycle while your subscription remains active.

  • Credit Usage: One credit is used for every 1,000 characters in an AI-generated response, with a minimum of 1 credit used per response.

  • Credit Reset: Credits do not roll over to the next month and are reset at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Free Trial: New users are eligible for a 3-day free trial at sign-up.

  • Additional Credits: You may purchase extra credits as one-time purchases if you run out.

  • Access Limitations: If you run out of credits, you may still access the app and view past messages, but you cannot submit new messages for AI responses until your credits are replenished.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

 

5. Data & Privacy

We collect and store your account information, transcribed speech, and AI responses. We do not sell or share your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data and how to delete your account.

 

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nomad AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the laws of the state where our company is headquartered.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
